1. Do you ship overseas?

Yes! You can select your shipping costs at the checkout.

2. When will my order arrive?

As all items are handmade, please allow 1-3 weeks for completion (dependent on complexity) and a further 5 days for UK shipping, 14 days for worldwide.

3. What are the accessories made of?

The accessories are made using both epoxy and UV resin. The chains are plastic and the metal findings are stainless steel.

4. What level of customisation is available?

You can customise the colours used, glitter type, make your pieces glow in the dark, have crystals, and include your name all using the options attached to each product. Some products are able to have an image embedded into it. There will be an option to do this where applicable.
